These guys are honest and very hard workingThey went above and beyond to tackle an expensive and complicated sewer repairThe job they completed ended up being far more work and time than they anticipatedThey informed us with anything that came up regarding the jobNot only did they complete the job to our satisfaction, they charged us what our agreement wasThey came when they said they would and never left us hangingOwner Keith and plumber Cody earned our respect and trust! We will use this company again and will recommend them for those who want honest hardworking guys who are dedicated to getting the job done, no matter the time of day

I will never contact this company again I am a renter and because my landlady was out of town with poor cell service, I contacted this company to fix a toilet backing up into the tub I had been on a colonoscopy cleanse for two days (not the usual one) and had used extra toilet paper and supposedly flushible wipes The plumber was rude, stated he hears all types of excuses for clogged toilets, He stated he did not like this type of work, but preferred actual plumbing, but "It is what it is." He told my landlady he found pounds of wipes blocking the toilet There was no way there were pounds of wipesI called and requested the owner call me back After several phone calls with no response from the owner, the receptionist stated he was not going to call me back because I was not the client They would not even had my landlady as a client if not for me contacting them Now the receptionist is going to call my landlady and I fear she will throw me under the bus again

We phoned Emergency Plumbing and made an appointmentThey sent a plumber out by the name of BobbyHe looked over everything and stated we needed “extensive repairs” in our shower and quoted us a price of We agreed that we needed the shower and we had to have the repairs doneBobby proceeded to work and was here about minutes repairing our toilets and the showerI asked him about the shower and he said he only needed to replace rubber rings on the faucet (even though he gave us a quote for the “extensive shower repair”)He would not adjust the price for the work done and charged us laughing stating he was the best and we had to pay for the best He also stated again he was the best anyone could find and we had a day warranty, but he gets really mad if anyone calls him back on the jobThese repairs should have not cost more than to dollarsI have spoken to other plumbers since we had the repairs done and both were not over $for the same servicesI phoned the main office and talked to Lisa and she would not refund any monies and had Bobby call us againHe also refused to refund any monies and laughedI also requested the owner to call us and he has not done so as of yetThey emailed me the receipt of credit card payment but I have made requests for a copy of my invoice breaking down the exact charges and I have yet to receive this invoiceThis is a message to everyone in Arrowhead and anyone else NOT TO USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! They see an elderly couple that lives in Arrowhead and price gouge them knowing we needed the shower and will not adjust the billing if the quote was incorrectWe have filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors and they are handling the situationThey will be calling the plumbing company and they will also request a copy of our invoice they have not provided to usThey are not sure if they will be able to get a refund for us from EMERGENCY PLUMBING, but they have been very cooperative in helping us with an ongoing investigationThe Registrar of Contractors wants to send out a representative to come to the next meeting of our HOA to warn everyone what to look out for and not let companies such as Emergency Plumbing price gouge and misrepresent the costs for services doneWarning to everyone Please do not use this plumbing serviceThey do not have the scruples or business practices anyone wants

Review: Emergency Plumbing Co., Inc. failed to honor written contract agreement by refusing to remove old oil tank after installing new gas heating equipment. Plumber left open oil line from oil tank haphazardly on the floor near burner. Plumber abandoned the job knowing full well that a valve above a $2,000 computer (that he just installed), used to run the boiler efficiently, was dripping and continues to drip slowly onto computer. Plumber installed the new piping surrounding the boiler for the gas conversion. Plumber also admitted one of the flush valves was stripped and promised to replace it. Plumber also installed a brand new water heater with a noticeable dent in it but failed to inform me of the dent resulting in a somewhat damaged piece of equipment. Plumber also removed/confiscated from my home, without permission, the older piece of equipment that was being replaced and was only 3 years old. He did not ask permission to take my property. 9 text messages and one phone call went unanswered by this plumber.Desired Settlement: I want the job completed as per the written contract. Emergency Plumbing was paid in full.
