July *** *** contacted me about the water heater relief valve I tested the main water pressure to house @ 142- PSI that the relief valve is designed to open @ PSI or Fahrenheit as a condition I advised of the pressure regulator is defective and is the cause
of the relief valve to open December , I told I will replace the relief even though the water pressure is too high December 20, I met with *** and she indicated the new valve is still opening at high water pressure , She indicated that her plumber will replace the regulator as needed to resolve this problem
