Customer filed small claims court for $for driveway and patio on April Appearance date is May

Once again Sean is showing his salesmanship and covering his tail Sean's scope of work that he is referring to is was actually a estimate used to cover the costs of what was destroyed in the fire not what was used to repair the property Sean made multiple promises to include money left over to repair the driveway and patio but has failed to hold to his agreement I have a document in writing from Nov stating that the patio and driveway were on the schedule to be completed Also I have a signed contract outlying the profit/overhead of the prokject on 10/12/ If he would provide me with a scope of work agreement outlining the items we could drop this but he is trying to use the estimate as a scope of work Sean makes promises off the record then tries to fall back on documents that were not for their intended use It want until 2/4/that Sean cut the patio and drive from the job It was our thought it would be completed when the weather improved Sean's completion letter was signed so they could get the final release from the bank and the job is still not complete to this day There are still chemical burns on the grass which I was promised would be addressed and the patio and driveway has yet to be addressed I disagree that we were given everything that was promised as we are out thousands from what we were promised as work is still not completed Sean's own employees agreed after seeing the documentation I have that the job is missing major components
Sean must have forgot that more than 400sqft of the house was in insulated leading to an electrical bill greater than $which he corrected He also promised it would not come out of the extra profits and he would address the issue with the insurance company This is why we need accounting we need to see the accounting to verify that the mistakes that were made did not cost us in the end of the project
Sean also states there was no issue until the final check was in my hand that is not the case we have been asking for accounting since long before we received the final payment
If Sean was honest and upfront provide the documentation outling these "extra costs" with the receipts to back the claim I have the proof backing my information where is Sean's? This is just a company trying to screw over a disabled veteran which is totally screwed up

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
during the process you said the job would be completed to 100% satisfaction, the driveway was discussed and you stated that extra money would be available after the project to cover this cost but that you had better connections and could get a better price.  Also you have not addressed the toxic chemicals that your subs poured in our backyard.  Every day these leak lower in the soil and will require multiple soil samples to determine if all the chemicals have been removed.  I am yet to even 90% satisfied with your work and others should be warned of your business model.  See you in court and don't think your lawyer will be allowed into the court room.
Sincerely,[redacted]
