I recently hired Emergency Restoration Team (ERT) to respond to a partially flooded building that houses very critical infrastructure serving the greater [redacted] area. I cover disaster recovery in 17 US states for the company I work for and was not anywhere near [redacted] when the incident occurred. After a short phone interview with Mr. [redacted] I was completely comfortably that he knew what he was doing and had my best interest in mind. ERT responded very quickly and professionally. The work was done far beyond my satisfaction in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable cost.
