Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me The reason it is satisfactory is because I had to perform a great deal of legwork to figure out what was going on and just happened to receive another bill from Specialists in Medical Imaging When I received this bill, I asked the rep to look up my account to see what else was there It was at that time that she told me about the unpaid balance of ~$26.The business shared the following timeline:A statement was sent to the patient on 12/10/but sent back from the post office as address we had was incorrect.• The patient's addr·ess was updated on 04/19/and a new statement was sent to the patient.• An Outbound ca ll was made to the patient on 08/16/My home was destroyed by the 11/17/tornado in Washington I was in temporary housing and had to have my mail forwarded The mail forwarding expired and I had to reinstate it I had problems receiving my mail.HOWEVER, I was receiving mail correctly on 12/10/ I have no idea what address the business had for me I never did receive a bill even after the business said they updated my address And when I received the outbound call, the message left was of VERY POOR quality and it did not sound valid so I did not act upon it As I said previously, this whole situation seemed like a scam since I hadn't received an initial statement Dealing with this business has not been a good experience at all And I am the one who had to figure out what was going on This business needs to look at their internal billing practices and make some MAJOR improvements along with the program/phone interface they use to leave messages Both are VERY POOR Regards, [redacted]
