Because their response is NOT truthful This business never called me to reschedule appointment for earlier time!Here from my original complaint:I called them (08/**/2015), was told to call Monday between 3-to talk t customer serviceCalled them Monday - was promised by customer service lady that her crew will come Wednesday (08/**/2015) between 1-to fix all issues, Stayed home from job waited for them till pmCalled them again - was told I am next on the list and they will show up by pm At pm - got call back from same lady who informed me no one will come since they all are busy I lost the whole day from work, and none of the issues were fixed.Since 08/**/I didn't have any calls from themNone!At this point I do NOT trust them, I don't think they will show up and correct their poorly done job.

consumer has been sent a refund

I can have one of our managers show up and will personall call them to let them know they are on the way.Let us know what day is good for the consumer

WE contacted the customer to reschedule the appointment for an earlier time .The consumer hung up on us.We are happy to have someone come back at their convenience to correct any issues they may have

We immediately addressed the issue and have issued a refund for the cost of the television.The check was mailed on Friday October *

I never said that I
would not offer the consumer a refundQuite the contraryI informed the consumer that her refund had been sent out and could she remove the numerous mean spirited postingsthat have been popping up The consumer then stated that she would remove the posting from your web siteI asked the consumer if she could remove the other postings.The consumer agreed to take the posting down upon receipt of her refund.If the consumer does not receive her refund by tomorrow I will stop payment on that check and send her a new one.

As I stated before at this point I do NOT trust them, I can't afford to lose another work day waiting for them and I have no faith in the quality of their work.I wish I did a little research before hiring them, I would have seen many negative reviews about this business and would never deal with them.I have to get my money back - I need to hire another company to all the mess they left.
