Hello,
We received and email from [redacted] on 2/10/14 regarding her missing emergency kit she placed with us on 1/10/204. Our records show that we shipped out her emergency kit on 1/14/2014. We spoke with FedEx about getting tracking for the kit and they had no record of delivering it...

and couldn't provide us with a tracking number. We've since sent out a replacement kit for Ms. [redacted] and she'll be receiving it within the next 3-5 business days. Because [redacted] is unhappy with not receiving her kit in a timely manner, we'll go ahead and issue her a credit for $11.00, which is what she paid in shipping costs.

This is a horrible response to my message.  I don't know what happened to this company from the last order I placed to this order.  There's NO apology for the screw up and no significant discount offered if I choose to purchase anything from this company again.  There was NO communication on the company's behalf until I filed with the Revdex.com and retracted the funds with my bank.  That is NO way to treat a returning customer.  I don't understand the business ethics running this company, but I assure you, I will take my business elsewhere.

We originally missed shipping this customer's order. When it was brought to our attention, we shipped out our customer's kit immediately. We shipped out the customer's kit on 7/4. The customer has received her products.

The emergency kit has already been shipped and the customer should receive it by Monday. We've already credited the customer's credit card $11.00 for the cost associated with the misshipment. If the customer would like a full refund, she'll have to contact Living Social. The customer only pays us for shipping and taxes. The customer paid living social for the voucher code, which she redeemed on our website.
 
If the customer would like a full refund, we ask that she return the emergnecy kit and contact living social for a full refund. We're sorry we can't be of any more assistance.

Review: I purchased the product online and after ordering there wasn't a confirmation to show what I ordered or a receipt. When I tried to set up a customer account to track my order it wouldn't let me. My order took several weeks to come in and when it did it was totally wrong. The shipping receipt that it came with didn't have the dollar amount, it just said online and a basic description. No itemized list of what was supposed to be there was supplied. The number on the receipt was for their supplier, so they are a third party. When I finally got their number online I tried repeatedly several times for a week with the same message that said because of their high volume I would have to email them. I have sent them several emails asking them to at least respond and no response. When I did get through by bypassing the email and hitting zero, it went directly to voicemail. I finally called their supplier who gave me an alternate number which just rang with no voicemail. I am not sure if this is a home business that is operating under bigger pretenses but the unprofessionalism of not even returning a call is ridiculous! They still have not responded and I can't reach anyone. There is no spot for a review, when you try it kicks you back out. This is for emergency supplies which is important as I think we all should be prepared, but they sent me what they wanted to which was very basic, just packed water and food bars. I am very disappointed in this company.Desired Settlement: A full refund

Review: I placed an order with the company via its website on 9/18/15. My order still has not been received. I have also tried contacting the company several times with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like this order to be delivered within the next few weeks.

Review: I purchased a 72 hour DELUXE emergency survival kit for 4 on September 23, 2015 using a Living Social Voucher ([redacted]). I have yet to receive this kit, nor have I received any sort of official confirmation of the order from the company. Of course, they have, however, marked the voucher as "used" and, certainly, have had no problem charging my credit card with the ~$25 shipping fee (reported to my credit card on Sept 23, 2015). I have tried to call the one and only phone number listed on the site several times and have yet to speak to an actual person (There is only a prerecorded message stating due volume they cannot answer all calls). There is not even an option for leaving a message. Thus, I have emailed the company on three separate occasions over the last 3 months and have yet to receive any sort of reply. This is TERRIBLE customer service. I am starting to think this a total SCAM and I will never see the kit or my money again.Desired Settlement: Honestly, I would like the kit, if such a kit even exists.

This place reeks of a SCAM. Review: I ordered from this company at the beginning of June 2014; June 2nd to be exact. I've received no order confirmation, no delivery notice; nothing. It seems as though this company from the beginning was looking to take my money and run. I was using a Living Social voucher as well as making an additional purchase. I have already contacted Living Social as well as my bank to retract the transactions. I did try to contact the company several previous to my actions with Living Social and the bank. The only way the company really gives you in terms of contact is via email. I have emailed them twice with no response, I have left messages on the Facebook page again no response, in fact when I started inquiring as to where my stuff was the webmaster for their website blocked my IP address and I have tried to call them. So here I am trying to recoup the money I've spent on this company (over $100).Desired Settlement: Basically my hope is to put this notice out there that this company is only after collecting the money and never delivering the goods.

Review: I purchased a product (CERT vest) from this company's web site back on January 28, 2016. To date I have not received the product. I first called on February 12th to the number provided on the website (800-722-1394), the message requested an email be sent to [email protected] as they would be busy with orders. I emailed Emergency Supply Solutions on February 12th. I have not received an email response. I followed up with a secondary email on February 18th along with another phone call attempt. I have not been able to get through on the phone once their message plays twice, it hangs up. I have been charged for the product, verified bank statement but have yet to receive the product or some communication from the company regarding my inquiry. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
