Hello, We received and email from [redacted] on 2/10/regarding her missing emergency kit she placed with us on 1/10/Our records show that we shipped out her emergency kit on 1/14/We spoke with FedEx about getting tracking for the kit and they had no record of delivering it and couldn't provide us with a tracking numberWe've since sent out a replacement kit for Ms [redacted] and she'll be receiving it within the next 3-business daysBecause [redacted] is unhappy with not receiving her kit in a timely manner, we'll go ahead and issue her a credit for $11.00, which is what she paid in shipping costs If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask Thank you ESS, IncCustomer Support
