Emergency TV Service

I dropped my 32 inch Tv, they took 20dollars just to look at on Tuesday and was told I would receive follow-up call next day,needless to say I didn't. I called back that Friday and was told [redacted] would call me back, never did. I called that following Monday and was put on hold,so I drove there still on hold to see lady at front sitting down doing nothing. I ask for TV and lady said she didn't see the order. Lady called [redacted] again and was finally told my TV wasn't worrh fixing. I ask for my TV back then they ask me to come back tomorrow after they put it back together.
