Company's response below:Case id [redacted] I would like to give my side of the story for the complaint.We completed the scope of work for the customer as was written on our proposal which she agreed toThe customer was fine with the work at the time of completion so much as she paid us in full.A few Days later is when the multiple calls from her started pouring inShe claimed that we completed the work to quick and it was not done properlyWhy would she pay if she was not happy? Also she wanted an additional post installed by us for her gate and I quoted her a price which she verbally agreed to and I had an installer change the post out as she requested and while he was there I had him look at the other work in question.I called her to get payment the next day and she refused by saying that the post was warped, meanwhile she stood over by installers both projects and said how Great of a job they have done[redacted] is very unreasonable to work with and her fence is old and really needs to be replaced instead of Putting multiple band aids on the old.I still would like for her to pay the additional funds she owes my company.We are a very trustworthy company with top notch craftsmanship with hundreds of Happy customers I could use as referals!Please let me know if you need any further information.Best regards, [redacted] Fencescape llc

I am rejecting this response because: The response is very defensive and does not address the issue of standing behind poor workmanship. I was told it would take time for the posts to set in the cement. After a few weeks now, most are still a bit wobbly. ***, the ***, never did come to my house to see the work, although he stated he should. I spoke with him several times about the work on the phone. I still have the issue of properly repairing the gate post and trim which were not done professionally. The *** of the company does not have first hand knowledge of this job, merely second hand, so how is he able to speak to it
