EmergiCare Medical Clinics - Austin Bluffs

I was looking for a medical exam on a Saturday for a pain I called EmergiCare to see what the cost would be of the exam and lab work I was given a price on the phone for the specific services needed I arrived for the service within the hour When I went to pay the bill in cash, the price was more than what I was told on the phone even though the services were exactly as we had discussed on the phoneThere was no additional work done
The employee admitted that he had made a mistake in the price which he gave on the phone Although he didn't apologize he said would cover the extra charge himself When I left the office I believed that my account was then at zero since he told me that he would correct the difference himself
I have since received two bills for the amount of the difference
I have paid the bill but would highly recommend that no one use this chain of clinics because one does not know what the final cost will be
