My application was completed over the phone and I was approved Since that day the representatives of E&D have kept in contact with me, explaining all procedures and answering any questions I had They also mailed a CD and Booklet to help me in rebuilding my credit
It has been six months and I am on the way to settleling my debts

Omgosh...where to start...Kaila at E & D has been by my side throughout this whole process. She is a assertive, she is professional, she is knowledgeable, she is personable, and she is AWESOME! She was able to settle a debt with Discover at 0% interest and she did it pretty quickly. But what impressed me even more was how she went to bat for me with the other credit card company. They were not as cooperative and she put A LOT of blood, sweat and tears into my case. She made it her mission to fight for me and she will never know how much that has meant to mean. She TRULY cares about her clients and this company. I cannot imagine what I would have done without her!
