We called Richard on the 4th of July and he was at our door the morning of the 5th and determined our problem almost immediately The unit was working an hour later
Very responsive in the middle of a horrible situation after the storm in JacksonvilleCrew was very professional and cleaned up very well after the removal and replacement of furnace and ventingVery knowledgeable about the products and walked us through the use of the new controlsWould recommendKind of people you want to see succeed in business as they are very customer focused
So I have a fair amount of knowledge concerning HVAC and I called the other listings before this company and was disappointed that I have to pay an average of just for them to show up and all I needed was Freon which you have to be a license professional to acquire Freon but the others was like oh I need to examine it (which I told them exactly the problem and how it will be solved after Freon and a leak test if possible) Well I was transferred to the owner by the nice lady whom took my call and he and I agreed on a fair good price and the tech who came out addressed the known problems and double checked my findings and then corrected me as a critical issue came up which he fixed and the unit is now running and my mind is set to use these people as much as I can for the rest of my lifeSo when these people say you need whatever it is to fix your unit it is cause well they are honest, confident, well mannered individuals that know their stuff and is fair when it comes to pricing
I would like to commend this company for a job well done I thank MrM*** for a great price, the entire crew for their hard work removing old systems & installing new systems Special thanks to Ed who was the first one here before & the last to leave & to MrM*** for repair of my stereo which had nothing to do with this project I would recommend to anyone & will do so as I hear of other's needs Thanks Again!!
Richard and his crew did an excellent job Our house is a split level home, very hard to keep all three levels comfortable Richard was able to provide us with the best solution to our needs Our house has never felt better
