PropertyRadar.com is a subscription based serviceAll of our subscriptions auto renew at the end of each billing cycleThis customer, [redacted] , had a monthly subscription that started on 6/16/at a rate of $39/monthThe account remained active with monthly billings of $on 6/16, 7/16, 8/18, 9/16, and 10/16/On 11/the account closed due to failed charge to the credit card on fileNovember 2014, [redacted] contacted our customer support with questions on entering a new credit card to reactivate the account [redacted] agreed to active our annual subscription which includes a discounted rate of 20% for this annual prepaid subscription ($566.40)On November 18, this annual subscription auto renewed (as all our subscriptions do) and charged to customerDecember 14th, 2015, which is past the renewal date, [redacted] contacted our customer support to cancel the subscriptionThe subscription was cancelled and email confirmation was sent stated the account would remain active through the time in which was paid ending 11/17/All of our subscriptions are nonrefundable which is disclosed in our user agreement

new subscription created for *** *** using the email address ***We checked all correspondence for a cancellation request and there is no record of a cancellation request for this account*** sent me a copy of the cancellation request for subscription associated with *** dated 1/31/as proof of his cancellation confirmation which is tied to his previous subscription. We have emailed all details to *** have have denied his request for a refund and let him know if he feels the charges are fraudulent to report it to his credit card company and we will work with them to determine any next steps

I am rejecting this response because:I did not know that the subscription was reactivated I received no confirmation from the business, no receipts, no billing notifications AND"we emailed Ms*** letting her know we were having trouble charging her credit card for the November renewal" this statement is a lie I never received any kind of notification as per the chat conversation noted by the company

I am rejecting this response because:I never received that email, but regardless, the bottom line is, PropertyRadar automatically charged me $for future services that I repeatedly told them that I was not going to use and have no use forAs soon as I saw the charge, I cancelled immediately, closed the account, and asked for a refund for the remaining future unused monthsI am being charged until the November 2016, for an account that is cancelled, closed, and that I am no longer usingUnlike other companies, when you cancel future services, they will refund you for the unused remaining monthsThis company despite how many times I have told them I have literally no use for their service, my account is closed, and cancelled, and I am not using the service at all for the year 2016, the company is still going to keep my money based on greed

I am rejecting this response because:I was paying PropertyRadar month to month until I got a call from a PropertyRadar representative for a yearly subscription discountThis was for the year November to November However, I was never informed of an annual automatic renewalI was never told over the phone, I never signed any documents, or received any notifications in the mail or over email that I was going to be charged indefinitely every year automaticallyI saw a charge in December for $I called PropertyRadar immediately only to find out that I was automatically charged the annual subscription for I immediately cancelled my account because I would no longer need their services for 2016.PropertyRadar is adamant on keeping my $for the year without any notification that my credit card would be automatically charged every year, and for services I am not using, and will not use at all. Since my account is cancelled, I am not using their website, and will not use it, so my money is basically free money in their pocketIt was cancelled in December 2015, so there are months of service that I was charged for and am not usingI did not ask for the entirety of the $566.40, I only asked for a refund for the remaining unused monthsI had no more use for the service and made it very clear to the representatives that I would not be using the website at allHowever, they said they could close my account, but it would remain active, so that I could still use it. I repeatedly told them that I do not have any more use for itI even reached out to the owner personally over *** and explained my side of the story, and he was very rude and angry and said that I wasted his timeThis is the only company that refuses to issue a refund despite not using their services anymoreEvery other company that I’ve dealt with in the past issues refunds for unused servicesPropertyRadar is a company based off of greed
