Hi - I cannot discuss the details of this matter or any legal matter with any third parties, as it would breach the attorney-client privilege, and could result in damage to my client.However, I have not received any messages from my client regarding this concern recently.  I would ask that...

she call me as soon as possible to discuss her difficulties.  I can be reached at my direct line [redacted] or our main office phone number, [redacted], or via email at [redacted]@emeryreddy.com .I have repeatedly, in person, and over the phone met with this client over the period of several years, and I continue to help her with her multitude of complex legal issues.While one issue was resolved, with her agreement and consent, she does have ongoing issues.  As with any complex legal matter, it requires guidance and expertise.  But we always inform our clients of where they stand and provide them with detailed information in order for them to make the best decision on how their cases are resolved.It is always up to the client whether or not to settle a case, and that is what this client decided to do, after full counseling and consent.This client received a monetary settlement, which was very likely more than she would have received had she waited for her final appeal decision.  Our fee was paid per the agreement out of her settlement, and she was not required to pay anything in advance.Again, I cannot go into any details regarding this matter, but I am happy to discuss it with my client directly and to help her in any way that I can.I would invite her to reach out to me.I would also invite anyone from the Revdex.com to discuss our processes and procedures.  We have helped many people with workers' compensation, employment and injury issues, and we are dedicated to getting the best for our clients.  But legal matters always have risks, and there is no way we can or would guarantee any result.  Thank you,
