I just have reached out to get ahold of *** againMy apologizesOn the day I arrived to trim his tree he asked for as much shade as possible to be left over his house, after me giving my professional opinion of branches that should be trimmedI trimmed the tree to what he wanted on that day
(giving him a very reasonable price)The next day he called back saying he wants more trimmed (the branches I told him I should cut off)Being busy and having a schedule to stick to I talked to him and scheduled for Saturday Evening March 28thI kept in touch with him letting him know I was trying my best to get there after a big job I hadI didn't end up finishing it until dark. He did not try to contact me since, as it would of been helpful of him to callAs us arborists do get very busy in the springI am booked two weeks out hence the reason the owners are asked exactly what they want done when I am there for the job to be done correct the first timeWork will be completed tomorrow April 14th with a refund of $I have done tree work without any problems for *** beforeI ask that once this is corrected this complaint be removedThank you

I hired emery tree service and few timesHe does good workBut does not show up or callIt is a real shame beings the work he doesI referred them and got them more jobsYou think a loyal customer like this would get treated a little bit betterAnd I did contact him numerous times to receive no return call or text
