Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:there representative is misleading I did not leave upset because they asked for a document I do possess that is foolish, I kept telling them they need to take back the auto as it has a server problems and was sold to me under false pretense. There service manager told me and I quote "No way BMW found problems with the auto they are just making it up to make money trust me I know" is he talking from experience? I am going to another shop to get another diagnostic of the auto to confirm BMW's service centers report. I do not trust EMG Auto they are misleading the truth failed there so called 150 point inspection which [redacted] there service manager told me they ensure the vehicle is prepared road safe, The auto has bad tires, Cracked windshield, valve seal leaking, bracket leak, window switch is still damaged, molding in auto was damaged needed new clips, weather strip on drivers side is still damaged. How can I trust them, how can anyone trust them to be honest when they refused to do anything at start only because of this complaint are they even willing to make any attempt, I was told by there service manager [redacted] that they could not find a problem but now there willing to repair the auto.If the Revdex.com feels they are I good faith willing to honor there sale but will not recommend a "refund and return of this lemon" which I am sure EMG AUTO full well knew this auto had problems and sold it anyway I would accept they repair but all needs to be repaired which include the following. Repair valve seal, alternator bracket seal, Crack windshield (Car will fail state inspection, Replace bad tires, wheel alignment, repair drivers window from randomly going up and down.I will be also consulting with an attorney shortly to ensure my legal rights, I can only imagine how many people had to accept the treatment of EMG Auto with out filing complaints against them. there business practice and far for honorable and trust worthy. They do not have the consumers interest heart only by selling quality autos.

guide,  so we can address the concerns, as quick as possible. our sevice dep. has been calling him and left msgs. with no reply. The vehicle is fully warrantied, and the customer can bring the vehicle to our facility , and we will repair the vehicle at no cost to this customer.as a courtesy, We also provide loaner vehicles to our clients to use until  repairs are complete,Again thank you for your assistance,  and please don't hesitate to contact us. [redacted] SERVICE MANAGER [redacted]

I recently bought a BMW 5 series at EMG; this is the second vehicle that I've purchased from them. Both of my car buying experiences have been excellent and I will certainly be checking with them first when I'm in the market for a vehicle again. I have also taken my vehicles for maintenance/repairs and saved a great deal of money. On two particular occasions they have saved me $ compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. The kind, courteous, respectful staff is a pleasure to work with and I recommend them highly to anyone who is in the market for a car.

id="view_body" width="100%">Hello Mrs [redacted]
As you can see this client was promised that we would pay to repair his speakers, we made over 5 appointments for him with an independent radio repair shop and he never showed up for any of these appointments. Our service manager advised this client he would not make any future appointments and to just bring the vehicle in when the client was available and he would try to take care of the speaker issue in a timely manner, as per this clients complaint about accidents, we have Carfax reports available at no charge for every vehicle, I sent a copy to you, this vehicle passed every state inspection over the years especially after the stated accident which happened 4 month after the original owner took delivery, so it was repaired correctly. This client negotiated the deal and said he did not want the lifetime warranty from [redacted] and would prefer to reduce the price, we try to dissuade all of our clients from doing so but he stated that he knew about cars and that he would prefer to save the money, reluctantly we agree, as you can see based on the documents provided. This client wanted to pay $285 a month with 0 down AS IS, to accomplish this we had to discount our car significantly $16,500 to come close to what he wanted, he signed that he was buying the vehicle with no warranties what so ever. We are still happy to repair his speakers even though the We Owed he signed(promising the speaker repairs) expired 30 days after delivery. He purchase a high end luxury car that is 7 years oldwith some cosmetic issues at a great price, he was told that if he paid the asking price and the fees we would repair the cosmetic issues and give him a great warranty but he declined. as you can see based on the documents provided.

me to help her get into...

a vehicle, since there was not any that other dealer have've been able to do
so, I told her I was going to help her the best way possible and I send her to
our main store in Avenel, NJ. And we were able to get her approved thru
Santander financial services, for an 2008 Mazda tribune; We got her approved
with a total of $3800.00 as a down payment; After we explained her contracts and
payments, we also explained to her the 30 day Drivetrain warranty given to her
as per NJ State law from the day of purchase. The fact is that she called the
dealer 62 days after buying the car on 10/08/2015 telling  me that her car broke
down, I instructed her to bring car to our service facility and once the service
manager Ron' inspected the car informed her that she was out of the 30day
warranty and that she was responsible to pay for her own repairs. I spoke with her
and told again she only had a 30day warranty and that we could help her by
charging her just cost of the parts and cost to labor as long as she knew she
was responsible for the repairs, at the time she got upset and told me she was
going to talk to a lawyer  and in which I could no longer speak with her as long as
she was going to do that. Mrs. [redacted] was fully aware of the contract and her
warranty when she bought the car. I also reached out to her to have a better
understanding of why she is complaining and writing bad reviews when all I did
personally was help her get into a vehicle, we all are responsible for our cars
or goods we do purchase with a limited warranty, I even spoke with her on
10/21/2015 and made her the offer of helping her by fixing the car at our own
cost and she did refuse, she also made a comment the day she bought the car at
our Avenel dealership 'that this was the best deal transaction at a dealer that
she's been" and now we are the worse after the fact that she was or is responsible for the
maintenance, and please note that we are willing to help the customer always.
also customer came by and we spoke personally face to face and I again offer to
fix the car at our cost and she refused again her replied to me was take the car
back and put me in another car, I explained to her that we could do that only if she
fixes the car which it is her responsibility; if you need to reach out to
me please do so at the information down below.thank you[redacted]

Review: I purchased a 2008 Mazda Tribute from EMG on 8/8/15. The engine seized on me and the car is now completely undrivable as of 10/8/15. I have made many calls to them and they are UNWILLING to repair the car at their cost that they sold me 2 months ago and broke down. They also put down that I made a $3800 deposit to them for the vehicle when I only made a 1,000 deposit (for which I signed a promissory note). I contacted Santander and let them know that I did not put that deposit down and they advised me that means this dealership frauded them in order to get me a loan approval, . I sent in all of my bank statements to Santanders Legal Dept. from June-Sept to show that I never had these funds available within that time frame to make such deposit. This is my first car, and what a terrible experience its been.Desired Settlement: I would like this complete deal to be refunded to Santander due to lying about deposit made to bank. Will be pursuing legal matters as well if this is not resolved in a very timely matter.

I am rejecting this response because: Lenin is providing false information. 1. I never provided them with a $3800 deposit. I have voicemails and conversations to prove it. I have been recording every conversation that I have with them thru phone and in person. 2. I was only contacted with a resolution after they registered my vehicle 2 MONTHS after the sale on 10/16/2015! I purchased the car on 8/8/2015. They were sure to register it in my name after I called complaining and telling them I was going to contact my lawyer for a week & then im sure they contacted me to resolve the issue since the car was no longer registered to them & they felt that they no longer had liability because im now, 2 months later the owner of the lemon. They registered my car a week after I called crying that my engine seized. At the time of the car breaking down, the car was still registered to them. When I met w Lenin on 10/23 he offered to fix the engine if I pay the 1,000 that was due for the promissory. He said he would put that money towards the repairs, also stated I were to sign legal waivers that were to say I was happy with the repairs and willingly trading out of the vehicle. (I have all of this recorded on my phone, every conversation since my car has broken down to prove what a bunch of liars they are) Im sorry but I am not signing anything for this schemy dealership who takes advantage of minority woman and charges them excessive interest rates, frauds the bank to get you approved for loans & sells cars w prior conditions. I also printed the carfax and called the dealership that serviced my car a few days before EMG purchased it and I was told they have notes of sludge in the engine and a trans leak. I was never told any of this when purchasing the car! I was sold a car w/ prior conditions that were never disclosed to me. If I would have been given a copy of the carfax when purchasing the car I would've called then and if I knew then what Ive learned now about the vehicle, I would have NEVER purchased this car. I am now working w a lawyer and pursing this dealership. I am taking every step possible to have them take responsibility for their actions. This dealership is involved w/ bank fraud, consumer fraud. They should NOT be Revdex.com Accredited, fully investigated and shutdown for fraud. They are thieves.

Review: Consisent bat and switch advertisement tactics being used. Confirmed over the phone that the vechile I was ready to purchase with cash in hand was there waiting for me. Upon arrival, no one knew what car I was referring to though it was strongly suggested I check out one similar that happened to be more expensive. I showed them the live advertisement on their site (and other 3rd party) of the car that I was interested in and them claimed they were not aware of it nor did they know when it sold. It continues to be marked via their website and other common sites like [redacted].

Still being advertised on their main site: [redacted] Still being advertised on 3rd party sites: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I'd like for them to deliver the car we agreed to. If they never had it or sold it long ago which I presume is the case, then no action is required. I'd like to warn others going forward as part of this complaint.

Review: I bought a used car that had some problems and we agreed to get them fixed before the final purchase. I had a new clutch and flywheel replaced by EMG service department in which I paid for. However, the first day I picked up the car I noticed that the problem wasn't fixed. In fact it it just got worse. I brought the car back so they can look at it, and I was told that the car was fine. The service department assumed I had problems driving manual car. I took the car to a certified dealer (Nissan) and was told the the clutch was bad and need to be replaced. I tried to arrange a time o have it fixed again with EMG services department, but without any success. They said that every costumer is family to them and that my problem was going to be resolved. Few months later, multiple trips and numerous phone calls they still haven't fixed the problem I have.Desired Settlement: I simply want what a paid for! The service department should take the car in and have it fixed since the parts are under warranty.
