I ordered two masks and never got them. I got emails saying they were backordered and would arrive soon. That was last February.

Placed my order on February 28. Never received. No reply from them.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I gave it 1 star because I had to. I bought 5 masks in March and never received my order. I have emailed several times, and only get a general reply about order delays and that I will receive an email once my order ships. I have requested a refund, only to be told I can get one because they ordered them from Turkey already. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COPY!!!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT.

BIG SCAM. Do not order from this company. I ordered several masks on March 1st. It is now 4 months later and I have still not received my masks. I have emailed many times, to no avail. This company needs to be investigated and charged with fraud.

It's a complete fraud don't order from here!!! Bought two mask one being for my daughter who has a life threatening illness she still hasn't left the house because I need a mask for her with an actual filter smh.. this place took our money and sent us an email saying oh your delivery is delayed due to coronavirus um okay but I placed my order in March ! 2020 and I'm seeing other people's comments that have waited longer Revdex.com shut this site down there literally taking peoples money ! Without giving any items in returned I've left many many emails nothing no response now ..I'm calling the bank and see what I can do

I too believe this company is a scam.
I ordered 6 masks in February as we had a trip planned (before lockdown) but I didn't receive anything. About 2.5 months later, I sent them an email stating I still wanted the product or if they couldn't deliver, then they should return my money. The emailed me saying to have patience as there was a backlog.
I emailed them a month later- twice asking for a refund. They did not email back. I will try to contact my credit card company to see if they can do anything now.

Just like the other reviews listed here, I placed an order at the end of February for 4 N95 masks, totaling almost $100. It is now the beginning of June and I still have not received anything. At first, when I followed up, they sent emails saying they would ship within 10 days. The customer support doesn't reply to you specific case, they just copy and paste an email from the company president with information that is already out of date/false. I finally opened up a transaction dispute with my bank since I used my VISA card to purchase. From now on, I will check the Revdex.com site first before ordering anything from unknown vendors online.

This is total fraud. Ordered in the beginning of February and still nothing. Reading through these reviews shows this company needs to be investigated. Complete rip off. I have sent so many emails with the stock answer from Dennis Rivera. Apparently we're all waiting for the order to come from Turkey?? It's shameful to be stealing people's money at a time like this. This so called company needs to be accountable for stealing and fraud. I'm so sorry for everyone that got scammed like we did. Now I'm concerned that this BS company has people's credit card information. Please DO NOT order from this scam operation. SO WRONG! The fact that I have to leave one star to put this review here is awful. NO STARS. THIEFS!

EM General is a big scam! My sister and I placed our order with them since March 6th, 2020, totaling the amount of $300 together for face mask for our family and have not yet received orders. I've reached out to them by email inquiring about mask delivery and all they will tell me is that their waiting for a shipment. I asked for a refund so I can purchase mask else where and they said they don't give refunds. They are a bogus company! Do not purchase anything from this company they are liars. I don't even believe their real.

Scammers-should be forced to return the payment made to everyone!

Do not order from this company. Placed order for masks in Feb, followed up multiple times by phone and email, still no valid reply other than some BS general emails to string u along. Complete waste of effort and $100!

EM GENERAL is a big scam. Keep my money for 2 month. Definitely do not make any purchases from this company.
I placed an order at the February 29 and have not received it nor have I received my money back. They keep emailing me saying they are experiencing some shipping delays but will ship my order soon. I just want my money back.

Got scammed for 3 mask, around $65.00. I'm not going to say karma is going to get them but when you're living that type of life and you're stealing from people bad things happen to you because you're doing bad things, it'll catch up to them

Ordered ventilator masks three months ago and paid $300 and have never seen them..Call a months ago and was promised a tracking # in two days and my stuff woukd ship..Never got either..No email or product....DONT DO IT...

Ordered in Feb. 2 orders to the amount of $500. Over 20 attempts via email, calls, no personal response, the same automated *** response. Masks were supposed to come in 3/15/20, but nothing. No refunds. Days spent on this issue, still no resolve, now on hold with BofA making a fraud claim on both orders. This company is hot garbage. They really should be charged with sales fraud.

I ordered 4 N95 masks on 3/1/2020. Their site said the masks were in stock .I received my order number. I have inquired several times about my order and only get standard generic email replies. I have entered my order number and it is not found on their site. They recently sent an email saying they would offer me a refund. I have replied I wanted my refund, but only get a auto reply from Dennis Riviera about some BS that orders placed in the past 5 days are shipping. This needs to be reported to the AG of each State this fraud of a company operates in WI, Texas, and your home states. I find it absolutely funny that the Revdex.com does not look to shut this business down.
