I have addressed our guests concerns on the telephone including sending him a cpy of the GM Certfied Inpsection and GMHistory showing the Certified Preowned Coverage on his vehicle
In addition I have mailed him a check for the $he
requestedHe is also going to have some of the scratches and cosmetic issues looked which we will address separately

I took a look into this claim and see that MrXXXXX gift card was actually mailed on July 20thI understand the invitation states that it should mail in 6-weeks so I'm looking into why this one took weeks to fulfill
