RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. I had the vehicle looked at after it was returned to me and there was a nut missing on the bolt that connects the control arm to the sway bar. The mechanic informed me that this was the reason for the car not driving correctly. I gave the shop an opportunity to correct this issue, and after a few days I get a proposal for control arms. I asked for the car back. Upon receiving the vehicle back it looked as if someone had basically shoveled dirt into the car, there was dirt everywhere. I had taken the vehicle to another shop to get a second opinion and they told me that the nut was missing on the bolt that connects the control arm to the sway bar, as well as the fact the engine cradle, lug nuts, control arms and brake calipers were slightly tighter than finger tight. This was the second time hearing about the missing nut, after I gave the vehicle back to him. The shop also let me know that the pulls on the control arms were impossible to do driving, that something was hooked onto them and pulled, either by towing the vehicle or something of the like. As far as the paint, I would not trust this shop with my car because every time it came back it was in worse condition than when it went. Regards, [redacted] ***

I'm trying to figure out what the problem is on the complaint As I received the phone call from Mr*** *** , he stated that after he lent out his dodge to a buddy of his and wanted me to give him a price to fix the repairs Upon arrival where I picked up the car(Irving,TX) I noticed that all
tires were worn out as if he were drag racing I then drove it very slow to My shop located in Downtown Ft Worth because of the alignment I thought As we looked and inspected the car All control arms were damaged Photos attached I then called Mr*** and gave him a estimate and asked him it's going to be worth going on your insurance to fix He then stated that he doesn't have insurance on it So I then was going to give him a deal since I take care of my customers all the time and said for him to buy all the parts needed and I wouldn't charge him labor Price was too much and then asked me to bring it back I never heard from him after that As far as the fender not matching I told him specifically I would redo the paint anytime he had time to bring me the car The part that he is referring to that I owe Nationwide insurance was the rocker moulding for $which was on back order from Moritz Chevy which was reimbursed to them As far as parts not being new My only option at the time of the original accident was OEM as it was a brand new car with no available aftermarket nor used parts as I have all invoices to prove that ...and needed invoices for nationwide to reimburse me after I supplied them with I've never had any complaints and I always honor all my customers needs unless otherwise out of my needs and understandingHonestly looked like it was wrecked again and not my mis tightened of a single bolt He is not being totally honest My contact number is *** Photos
