I had the vehicle looked at after it was returned to me and there was a nut missing on the bolt that connects the control arm to the sway bar. The mechanic informed me that this was the reason for the car not driving correctly. I gave the shop an opportunity to correct this issue, and after a few days I get a proposal for control arms. I asked for the car back. Upon receiving the vehicle back it looked as if someone had basically shoveled dirt into the car, there was dirt everywhere. I had taken the vehicle to another shop to get a second opinion and they told me that the nut was missing on the bolt that connects the control arm to the sway bar, as well as the fact the engine cradle, lug nuts, control arms and brake calipers were slightly tighter than finger tight. This was the second time hearing about the missing nut, after I gave the vehicle back to him. The shop also let me know that the pulls on the control arms were impossible to do driving, that something was hooked onto them and pulled, either by towing the vehicle or something of the like. As far as the paint, I would not trust this shop with my car because every time it came back it was in worse condition than when it went.
