I am rejecting this response because:
Consumer’s rebuttal to Provider’s 2nd  response [redacted]
 
This complaint action is completely new to me. I never
needed to take this action when dealing with reputable cosmologists.
 
Socci continues to digress from this purpose of this
complaint. The purpose of this complaint is for me to recover my losses. The
inability for Socci to stay focused on the purpose and the resolution of this
complaint may be the root cause of the initial problem core to this complaint.
Based on my experiences with reputable cosmologists I have
observed that Socci’ s business practices are unorthodox and possibly
unethical.
I did not cancel the order. Socci continued to increase
initial price of $650 to $950. I informed the increase was unacceptable and
preferred to continue the order for the $650 upon completion of acceptable New
[redacted] hair system on a poly base with New York lace front and selected hair
color samples.
I have been purchasing hair systems since 1999 from several
suppliers and cosmologists. When purchasing from reputable cosmologists the
initial price was honored and acceptable product was delivered so that I could
wear these hair systems. By working with reputable cosmologists over the years
I have acquired an understanding of the hair system design process and various
advantage and disadvantages of select design features. Unfortunately, these
criteria do not apply to Socci.
For example, I asked Socci summarize of the advantages and
disadvance of using various types of lace fronts. Unfortunately, Socci had no
idea as to how to answer this question. When working with reputable
cosmologists this system design issues were addressed by the cosmologists.
However, most of my time with Socci was spent educating him on this various
aspect of his business in designing hair systems.
I have paid $525 in two installments as deposits toward
purchasing a hair system for $625. The Socci business receipts clearly indicate
that these payments were accepted by Socci as deposits. See attached. Not
consultation fees. No aspects of consultation fees were ever presented of
discussed. The application criteria, rates, time periods, etc. for consultation
were never explained or discussed at any time throughout the design process.
Socci has contacted my wife directly without my knowledge or
her permission.
My wife has never been in contact with Socci nor does she
have or ever had any business transactions at any time in the past or present
with Socci.  I am the only person in my
family in contact or doing business with Socci. This complaint is strictly
between me and Socci.  There is
absolutely no reason for Socci to be contacting anyone I have done business
with or my family or my friends.
At the very least contacting my wife can be considered
suspicious. In the worst case, this action may be consider a vailed threat.
This action has caused my wife a great deal of anxiety. My wife is freighted by
this action and continues to prohibit any contact with Socci.  Consequently, we alerted the local
authorities of this issue.
Instead, Socci needs to maintain focus on the resolution of
this complaint.
In any case, my financial institution has restored my financial
loss. My financial institution will proceed to recover their loss under
separate action.
I have loaned Emilio S[redacted] one of my used
hair system as a model to make new system. This system has not been returned as
of 9/21/2017.
