I think you may have your facts mixed up. The issues you state in your complaint are completely false, inaccurate, and irrelevant to our written agreement to construct a porch.

Additionally, we have written approval from [redacted], your homeowner’s association and Fairfield County Utilities.
Last year, when our construction crew came to begin work, you told them not to start your porch and you told them to leave. We called you shortly thereafter and you told us you did not want us to proceed with construction. At that time you said you had changed your mind and did not want the porch. You also asked for a refund.
The Terms and Conditions of our Agreement specifically state that “Buyers may not cancel this Agreement after they sign and approve plans and/or pay Preconstruction Payment. No payments to Suncraft shall be refunded to Buyers.”
Our Agreement additionally states that “Suncraft solely may ... change location of ... posts ... at no additional cost or credit to Buyers to adapt plan to building site. Buyers understand and agree that plans may be revised by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over construction practices on said premises.”
Suncraft has acted in complete accordance with our written agreement.
We have attached scanned copies of the permits, approval letters, and the terms and conditions of our contract for your review.
Suncraft is still ready, willing, and able to complete the construction of your porch. If you have changed your mind and want us to proceed with construction of your porch, please let us know in writing within the next 10 days. Otherwise, we will consider this matter permanently closed.
