Review: I hired Emily for photography services in the summer of 2015. Her customer service was poor, but I would have overlooked that if she had delivered what I paid for. She was supposed to give me 75 images and I paid her $350. All I got were 34 unique images. In October, she said she would refund me $175, but then she started ignoring all my attempts to get back in contact with her, through multiple methods of communication. I know that other customers have had this problem with her as well.Desired Settlement: She should refund the money she said she would.
