I am rejecting this response because: I have photos and video to refute the business claim that the damage was Caused by me or my pet.

First, I would like to thank the Revdex.com for the assistance provided in dispute resolution As for the complaint from Ms ***, we have not closed out her file from her move out of the property that she rented at *** * *** Even though she move into another property that is managed
by our company, we will not be able to close this file until next week when it is due At that time if Ms *** is charged any repairs or fees that she does not agree with she is more than welcome to set an apointment and review any charges It should be noted that there damages noted at the time of move out inspection, that Ms *** did not indicate on her move in inventory inspection

Mr *** is concerned about issues The first , a dog being on the property Before the last tenant moved out of the house the neighbor was complaining of a dog being on the propertyOn multiple occasions we visited the property but did not find a dogWe asked the neighbor to take
picturesWe never received anyWe did charge the tenant for damage to the fence and back door frame upon move outThe second item is the repairs that were required to get the property back up and ready to rent ***, the inspector, spoke with Mr*** on several occasionsUpon inspecting the house he was worried about the fence getting repaired but he was informed that we needed to clean the house, carpet cleaning and painting of the propertyThe home had Flat Off White pair that showed all marks and touched up poorlyThese charges were billed to the last tenant but the amount of work was over the tenants security depositOn the occasions that *** spoke to Mr*** his main concern was the fence being charged to the previous tenant as it wasHe also instructed us to complete all repairs so that the property could be quickly rerentedWe did so and rerented the property the same month that the tenant moved outThe previous tenant is in collections for the amount owed but in the mean time the owner has to pay for the items until she paysWhich is practice on any move out*** has reviewed all of these items with Mr*** and he seems to be contentAny requested photos of the move out inspection or the work completed can be provided if requested I have left a personal voice mail for Mr *** and direct contact informationIt should be noted that the property was rented at above current market rate while other home in the same subdivision continue to remain vacant
