First of all, I was told both times I went to the job site, that Mr *** would be there He was not there either time, but had some other person show me what needed to be done in which I completed the work that was asked of me. Next, if there is any leak happening, it is from the jetted tub in which my company had no part of the installation We were only responsible for the tile installation In addition, a water leak would most definitely contribute to the grout and caulking cracking out Again, not an issue of poor workmanshipI have always been more than happy to fix any issues with our tile workWhat specifically are you asking of us? Also, I would greatly appreciate a return phone call rather than texting so that we may discuss/resolve the situation.Thank you

[redacted]We completed the initial install with the approval and final payment of the customer. I received a text from the customer months later saying that he had issues to be corrected. I was unfortunately booked and unable to get the tile guy back over immediately but did go and...
evaluate the issue. I ordered some caulking as is was cracking out in some areas. I was told to come by the house on August 18th and one of his employees showed me which issues were of concern. I went and completed the work he mentioned myself, and cleaned one additional piece of tile that had some grout on it. I did leave the rest of the caulking there at the project site in case they needed any touch ups going forward. I received a text a couple of days later saying that there were some areas that still weren't completed. I asked him to mark those areas with blue tape and let me know when I could come by to fix the issues he was speaking of. I have yet to hear back from him. I would be more than happy to fix any additional areas as it is very minor. Caulking touch ups are a routine maintenance due to house settling and movement, not an issue of bad workmanship. I do have picture I can include if needed. Thank you for your understanding with response deadlines.
