I just received a complaint in the mail. I've installed hundreds of the EasySeal direct inject ac leak sealant product. I have a very high success rate with it stopping the leak. It's never caused any problems either. I've never heard of a warranty being voided from using this product. I was sent by...
a home warranty company. It's their decision on what route they take on the repair. It's not mine. I think that the next contractor that went out there was just saying anything they could do they could replace the system. I don't feel like I'm at fault even 1%. The homeowner never even tried to contact me to resolve this. They contacted Revdex.com directly. If I knew the brand of his ac I would call the manufacturer myself to see if they say it voids any warranty. Sent from my iPhone
