Review: on 02/17 , I took my [redacted] to get the engine light fix since I took to mechanic who told me the sensor is bad . The mechanic at E&E **. [redacted] could not figure out the problem and asked me to take the car to [redacted] dealer. he spend about 20 minutes to look at the problem only. we forced me to pay him $85 which I paid by credit card because he told me that he will not let me move the car from the shop till I pay him.

To who concerningI Am [redacted] the owner of E & S AutomotiveI had on 04/07/2004 **. [redacted] ask me to check for engine light problem. I said ok I will check and let you know, what is the problem.I pulled the code by scan the system by scanner, I found the code is read me the oxygen sensor right side of the engine. I ask him to fix it. He said: I already Replace it with new one, I checked for part number to match, it was ok, I told him needs to research for wiring problem. He said: I want to take it to the dealer.He said: check for me the engine mountsI said ok. I'll check . I found front and right side engine mounts needs to be replace.He said: I don't have money at this timeSo we done at this point, I said: Go pay the cashier.He said: why.I said: Check up fee.He said: you didn't fix anything. I told him this check up fee , scan, and check engine mounts.He said: I am not paying.I said: no pay no car then he paid it.
