I purchased the E-mist sprayer on 8 May 2020. Today is 14 August 2020 and I still have not received my order. I spoke with customer service today and they indicated they are still filling orders from March. The business charged my credit card in full and now want a 3 percent fee to process a return.

We understand the customers concerns. Due to Covid19 our supply chain has been slowed and while we are quickly moving forward to fulfill orders completely understand if customers would like to move on and receive a refund. The 3% fee is also not correct, our policy currently is to not charge this fee to customers who we are late in fulfilling orders for. I do not see this customer on our refund request list, but will process their request for a refund and issue it within the next few business days. We apologize for any delay or inconvenience.

Order # *** was paid in full via credit card on 05/18/20. Cost $1537.58. No delivery after 11 weeks and the company says they have no date set for any such deliver. I have asked via email for a refund, but no response. I tried to call them but there is only an answering service. I have since found an alternate source for what I need to make my dental office Covid-19 ready and no longer need this device. Again, no known delivery date and we are going on 3 months after payment in full.

We understand the customers concern. Covid19 has interrupted our supply chains and we are working as quickly as possible to meet the demand. We also apologize for any frustration with the customer not being able to get through to a live customer service representative. In the event of that occurring we do have a request form on our website that allows for the cancellation and refund of orders. I will take this as a cancellation request for refund and will have my team process this today. It should be noted that the customer has already disputed the charge and this prevents us from issuing a refund at this time. If The customer will withdraw the dispute we can issue his refund.

We ordered an electrostatic sprayer ( *** Handheld) to use in our business as another piece of equipment to disinfectant our facilities and clients businesses during this COVID pandemic. We order this unit back on April 16th 2020, and was guaranteed a delivery of 5-8 weeks, if we were to order during that same week on April 13th. At the time, the delivery seem distance and questionable. But the their sales office , pressed to sell. I purchased the unit at 1495.00 plus tax and shipping. $1700 plus dollars later, we decide to keep an open dialogue with their Business Deployment Director *** Mullins who at first was very informative and updating me when I reached out to him. I have several emails that he states their issues with int the company on post testing quality assurance and defective internal parts received from overseas. Grant this is now after the 8 weeks as suggestion on day 1 of my order. I did agree to stick with them once I was told that it was very close to catching up to all of the order submitted ( first come , first serve ). Some my last dialogue with them on June 7, called out that by July 14, he would have an update and better news stating that our order ( *** ) ship by end of July. I have sent 7 emails , 5 to *** and their VP of Operations and 2 to the CEO J *** with no resolution. They did offer for us to refund, but at the time line and investment, and also to state we have been advertising their product on our company website since April how can we now start from zero, when emist has been receiving free advertisement from Fishers of Men Cleaning Services LLC and to add to injury; we had the opportunity to order a different manufacturer's electrostatic unit back in early April. But decided to use a US base company in Texas. So you see we're locked with no " today " resolution.
