He called weeks after job was done we replacing busted water lines that had frozen and busted in the ceiling then called saying he had taken part of the ceiling out to find a leak that he says in this complaint that he found a wet floor in the sink and then leaked through to the ceiling that had been going on for several days before calling us to come see what was going on before taking the ceiling down his story has changed on what has taken place and the amount of time that the leak started and calling us but if he would have called us at the first sign of a issue this repair would have not been necessary it was a leak by all means and needed repaired with out charge and it was but Home owner waited to long to call back and took it upon himself to open ceiling with out first calling us to come investigate before further action was taken

Hi Lynn Brown never came to my house to investigate the leak and damage after I notified him He sent back the same plumber who caused the leak and that plumber repaired the leak but could not answer anything regarding my complaint about the ceiling damage.I do not feel that anything I can say would change the fact Brown will not admit that his worker caused the ceiling damage nor fix the ceiling damage his incompetent worker caused by not ensuring the replaced pipe was free from leaks in the first place I am moving on but would like other customers to know that Brown will not repair damages caused by his incompetent crews

Mr [redacted] indicated that the work, as contracted by the customer, was paid up to the 80% that has been completedThe final work to be done was not finished by this business because customer did not give him enough notice (less than hours) prior to the drywall installCustomer had someone else finish the toilet, sink and vanity, without telling himCustomer then wanted this business to pass it off at inspection as his own workThis was not ethical, since the toilet and vanity had been moved by another company from where this business had set themMr [redacted] was not going to have the inspection think it was his work when it wasn'tMr [redacted] told customer it would cost more to move the items, and the custom did not want to pay more than the remaining $dueThe business did not want to lie, cheat or steal when it came to the city of Hamilton

finish the toilet, sink and vanity, without telling him. Customer then wanted this business to pass it off at inspection as his own work. This was not ethical, since the toilet and vanity had been moved by another company from where this business had set them. Mr. [redacted] was not going to have the inspection think it was his work when it wasn't. Mr. [redacted] told customer it would cost more to move the items, and the custom did not want to pay more than the remaining $400 due. The business did not want to lie, cheat or steal when it came to the city of Hamilton.

We agreed on a price of $2400. Another company did not move the toilet and vanity. The property owner did. We were not even given an option to make things right. The contractor did not practice good business ethics regarding this matter. He got paid $2000 and DID NOT finish a job. He just got mad and walked off. This is not going to go away until we have resolved this financially. Our lawyer is on the process of filing a civil case against [redacted] Plumbing due to this incident.
