Emma's Butterfly Ranch

Review: SCAM!!I contracted this business to deliver butterflies to be released at my wedding. He suggested we pay 4-6 weeks prior to the event so he can get everything situated. We paid promptly at the 6 week mark. We contacted him 3 days prior to remind him the event was happening and he agreed. Anyways to make a long story short he did not deliver and promised a refund. I called the business after the event and was promised a refund by the end of the week. I called week after week and he already knew the number so he kept on hanging up on me and my wife. No refund it has been well over a month and still no payment. I emailed and no response.Horrible customer service!! Stay AWAY!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount paid.
