Hector and his crew has power washed our deck for several years and always does a great job. This year he even took the initiative to reattach a board that had come loose. Always pleasant to deal with. Price is fair. Last year he also cleaned my dryer of lint that had accumulated over many years. He took before and after photos so I could see the difference. Emmaty is now expanding its business to include siding and I think roof work and I'm sure that he will do as excellent a job with that as he has with power washing.

A couple years ago I needed to get my house power-washed and I found Hector, the business owner of Emmaty, Inc., on ***. I also had him power-wash and waterproof the decks. He and his crew did a great job and came when he said they would. I learned that he also cleaned gutters and windows so I had him come back to do that work later in the fall. I have had Hector and his crew back to do all that work every year since. He has always come when he said he would and always does great work. The last time he came I mentioned what a hard time I was having in getting a contractor to come and replace some aluminum trim in time for when I was putting the house on the market. Hector said he had expanded his business to include siding and roofing and that his crew could do the aluminum trim work. They came and did the work in time for listing the house and again, did a great job. I definitely recommend Hector's company, Emmaty, Inc.. Hector is very customer-oriented, professional, and easy to work and communicate with - and nice!

The guys did a great job, moved any items that were in the way and put them back afterwards.

Hector and his crew did a beautiful job power washing my two story colonial. They were here for 2 hours and were extremely thorough. I can tell they take pride in their work, which is sometimes missing in business today. I originally chose Hector's company because of the reasonable pricing and was concerned about the quality, and they exceeded my expectations. They were also very polite and professional to deal with by phone. I would highly recommend Emmaty for any home-related job.

Great company and great service! Called them to power wash the house and they had a date scheduled in 3 days. The house came out beautiful. I saw a few spots that I wanted them to come by and take a second look at and rather than just come by, they stopped by with their equipment and cleaned the area again no questions asked even though the spots were due to discoloration of the siding and no amount of cleaning could fix it. They did all this extra at no cost.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hector and his crew for power washing. They were prompt, flexible, fairly priced and took pride in the job they were doing.
Our vinyl siding looks as good as it did seven years ago when it was first installed. They also power washed my deck and two porches and they Look great. A Contractor I can count on . I will absolutely be using him again
