I have purchased two rings from moissaniteco and I absolutely LOVE them I will never buy another diamond again! Their work is beautiful, well made and true qualityI have had some hiccups as far as customer service goes dealing with them can be a bit like communicating through snail mail, no phone number to speak with someone directly and can be frustrating waiting a day or two to ask a single question and once you hear back inevitably you have another question and again you wait a day or two to hear back it would be nice if you could speak directly on the phone with someoneThey do have live chat available but from my experience anytime I have asked a question on there they tell me they dont know and to email someone instead, with that being said when I do hear from someone they are always pleasent and professional and have always been nice to work withSo in the end yes I will continue to do business with them just hope they improve their customer service
