I had a kitchen remodeled through this contractor. The guys who did the the work were very nice, polite and trustworthy to leave in my house alone without anyone there. The work on the other hand was good to a certain point. The time worked on the kitchen was done within a 2 month period. Getting ahold of the contractor I always got his answering machine but, he always called right back. When the job was completed it took me additional 5 phones calls afterwards to have them come back out to make repairs. I had no patience on the 5th one for I wanted to move on and start enjoying my kitchen. They do not return calls nor work on the weekends nor do they work past 3 in the afternoon. I had a pipe bust on a weekend and called got the answering machine leaving me without a sink for the weekend once again. The parts the contractor purchased for my plumbing were cheap and plastic and that's what burst. I had good strong PCP piping before construction begun. Mr. Oats is a sweet man and so are his workers. He was good on his estimate and the finial price wasn't much above that, the manual work on the other hand I should not have to have repairs done on in less then one month after construction was finished.
