Review: My daughter took a course of makeup classes and I paid 1,750 ,I never ask if she had a business license.the course was taken in her house.I asked the city of chula vista if she had a license when I registered my daughter in the course and she didnt have a license at that time.I have proof of recipts and contract.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back because she didnt have a license when my daughter took the course and that is illegal.

Please excuse the delay in my response as I was out of the country on business. In regards to the complaint raised regarding ID [redacted], I would like to counter reply by saying that the individual who raised this concerned about her under aged daughter of 16 who took my make-up course clearly understood every single policy and procedure of the class. The mother signed a document which stated that she understood that while working from the home residence in the interim while our building permits and lease were being obtained she would continue to learn under those conditions, at which point when the studio became available classes would be transferred to the location 289 1/2 Third Avenue Suite A Chula Vista, CA. 91910. The mother claims she paid $1,750.00 dollars, I have the full signed contract of the terms and agreement, and all her daughter's completed 405 hours, when the course is only 275 hours, as well as all the monies she has paid up to date and she still owes for classes rendered and even granted 50 additional hours . She has only paid $1,400.00 and still has an outstanding balance of $750.00 dollars, which she stopped paying when she stopped coming to class. The reason she stopped coming to class is because we informed her mother that we could not continue having her daughter come to class, due to her behavior causing conflict with students, playing on the phone on Facebook, and not paying attention to the class. Her mother started to yell at me in class and other students had to ask her to calmly lower her voice and to please excuse herself from the building. Since then the mother nor her daughter came back to class. We are registered with the City of Chula Vista and we do posses a business license which proof can be provided when requested. She claims she asked an employee of the City of Chula Vista for personal business information, I would like to know what government employee gives out personal business and private information such as license to strangers?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not

resolve my complaint. [redacted] takes this argument to far with several points

made, according to [redacted] she claims how she believes my daughter is a 16 year

old when she took her course at the age of 14 but turned 15 at the age of I shall

send you a birth certificate of my daughter [redacted], how I [redacted] supposedly only paid $1,400.00 dollars, but I actually paid $1,750.00 dollars,

which I have the proof of evidence in that case I shall also send in the attachments above, [redacted] also argues that she believes my daughter stopped coming to the class when

the real specific reason is I found out that [redacted] doesn't have a license for her business in CA. According to the state of CA Title 16, Division 9, and California

Code of Regulations Board of Barbing Cosmetology 965.

Display of Licenses ‘‘(a) All operators' licenses

shall be conspicuously posted at their primary work stations.(b) All

establishment licenses shall be conspicuously posted in the reception areas.(c)

No license which has expired or become invalid for any reason whatever shall be

displayed by any person in connection with the practices as defined in Section

7316 of the Business and Professions Code. Any license so displayed shall be

surrendered to the board upon its request.” I've asked [redacted] several times and her other fellow students

have also asked for her license and she hasn't shown people her license so I

discounted to go to her course and stopped paying. Furthermore [redacted] stated my

daughter had a behavior which caused conflicts with students and playing on the

phone on Facebook and not pay attention to the class. Which is evidently wrong,

since my daughter has never caused conflicts in any public area and talked only

when necessary. My daughter always paid attention especially when it’s

something she loves. I strongly disagree with [redacted], due to the lack

of misleading statements.

Respondiendo a la queja y las pruebas por parte de la

Sra antes mencionada [redacted] aqui los comrpbantes adjuntos de todo y

cada uno de las falcedades por parte de ella asi como los abusos y constantes

comportamientos violentos encontra de nuestro personal asi como ami misma

persona , pedimos una audiencia con uds si es preciso por que esta situacion se

ha tornado un tanto incomoda por causas de la sra antes mencionada , nosotros no

expedimos ningun tipo de licencia de california por que no somos la cuidad para

hacerlo , nosostros no damos licencia de cosmetologia por que nunca somos

maestros de cosmetologia ,,, nosotros nos dedicamos a apoyar a las personas que

desean aprender a maquillarse y autopeinarse asi como al maquillaje professional

por medio de diversas companias que nos contratan y nosotros damos un diploma y

apoyamos al 100% a nuestro personal a llegar al nivel mas alto de calidad y

profesionalismo ,nuestros certificados y diplomas son avalados ante un notario

publico para evitar cualquier tipo de fraude , nosotros no nos negamos a

brindarle y entregarle a Sra [redacted] el diploma de su hija siempre y

cuando se cumpla con el acuerdo de pago acordado ya que contamos con licencia

asi como el trabajo y las horas que se trabajo con sus hija fueron hasta mas de

lo acordado ya que nosotros llegamos hasta para proveer para gasolina y en

alguna ocacion prestando $ hasta para cita al Dr , dandole ride y hasta

cuidandola a horas que la Sra [redacted] no podia hacerlo se cree que se

actuo de buena voluntad ademas de apoyar el desarrollo e integridad de. La Srita

[redacted] , aqui anexo las pruebas lo cual anexo tambien una de las

ultimas licencias que la cuidad expidio a una de las Chicas que tomo el mismo

curso las pruebas son contundentes asi como las pruebas de todos los agrabios y

griterias que la Sra [redacted] hizo a mi persona y ami admisnistradora asi como

a mi equipo de trabajo no toleraremos ningun tipo de bulling agravio o amenaza

con fin de no pagar lo adeudado que son dlls $400 pendientes anterormente ya

que el curso becado que se le dio a la menos ya con su beca acendia a $2150 Dlls

y y lo pagado hasta ahora han sido $1750 dlls quedando pendiente $350 dlls de

caracterizacion del contrato firmado clase que tomo solo 3 clase y le quedaban

pendientes 2 clases [redacted] , el total son $750 dlls tenemos listo su diplomas y

quedando a las ordenes y a lo que uds como Revdex.com requieran estaremos para
