complaint and unhappy customer, we are truly sorry that your service and
delivery was unsatisfactory, and did not meet your needsWe are aware you come
in regularly every weekend and always order your meals to go, and we regret
that this issue has caused you to take such mattersAt Emmy's we strive to
address issues immediately, and offer any form of compensation for an unhappy
customer to come back and try us againOn the day of the event, there were a
number of people who were working and at least four of them dealt with this
specific issueOn the weekends we are extremely busy, so the issue was being
addressed, but not all employees involved knew exactly what the issue was, just
that it needed to be fixed immediately and properlyWe apologize that not all
of the employees involved were informed specifically as to who had the
complaintThe hostess who sent your food back to get fixed and the hostess who
gave you your correct meal were two different people, which is why there may
have been a miscommunication in not having an apology when the food was
delivered to youThe hostess who delivered your meal to you is deeply sorry
for not having apologized, and had she known she would have addressed you
properlyWe also apologize that your order sat for a few seconds after being
brought to the front, again there were a lot of employees involved, as well as
multiple to go orders at that time, and we wanted to make sure the order was
given to the correct personWhen you placed your call to address the issue, it
was during our church rush during which time our Manager is unable to take
callsThe assistant manager is who you talked to, and she is also the one who
handles most complaints when the manager is busyOur apologies in the
misunderstanding that our manager was not there, or eating, as he was simply
unavailable and assisting the staff during our very busy lunch hourWe
apologize for not calling you back after the rush hour had calmed, and we
apologize for not addressing this issue immediatelyWe would love to give you
a full refund, and hope you give us another try at making your to go order
correctly
