I am rejecting this response because:I am gathering all my evidence to prove *** is not being truthful and the odor does still exist. The “service” done and as that the man poured water in the unit and that was itAt our next inspection I verbally told her he had done that and the smell was still there. aside from all of this her building isn’t up to codeI also have messages where I told her my son touches the rail outside and it busted off.He was only at the time and could have fallen throughShe said she’d have someone come out and fix that but it is still busted offThe other rails are just as unsturdy. Contaxting anout maitenance is almost pointless because she acknowledges it and sends half assed help or never sends anyone then tries to take your money to fix stuff that’s her responsibility

7/16/17 stating they had a ‘weird’ smell5) [redacted] serviced the unit.6) We did not receive any further written maintenance requests 7) After their move-out we inspected the unit. The odor of rotten food was overwhelming when we opened the door. The apartment had been cleaned but the smell was horrific. We would compare it to opening an unplugged freezer of rotten meat after a week or more.8) As of 5:00 p.m. on 2/28/18 [redacted] has not spoken to the new tenant.Part 2We did raise the rent at the time of their lease renewal in error.  [redacted] brought it our attention and sent us a copy of our voicemail.  We apologized for the error, reversed the incorrect charge and corrected her rent amount from that point forward.
