Review: On march ** 2013 I ordered three shirts from denim stars. All 3x. Two days later I received an email that stated that colors or sizes were not available. I emailed and cancelled my order. Two weeks later I received a package of the shirts one of which was the wrong size. I called the store and emailed them since you can only leave a message. I explained that I cancelled the order and purchased my items elsewhere. I was told I was past the 15 return policy even know I received the items with the wrong size over 15 days later. We exchanged a couple of emails till finally they authorized my return of unopened new shirts. I waited two more days for a return label cause the website stated that returns will be sent back with a return label provided by the store. I emailed them again and they stated that I would have to pay for my own return. I did through fed ex. It cost me almost $10. The return was shipped and when it got there it was denied and sent back even know I have an email stating authorization. Fed ex tried to deliver the same package with the wrong size I'm sure three times.it eventually was sent back since I work day hours and could not get it. I now am out the merchandise the money and no one will respond to my emails. Your help would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: They have the new unopened merchandise and my money. I cancelled the order. I received authorization for return and then they denied it. I want my money back
