Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We were waiting for this company to take pictures and up date the info on the mock up which they claimed to have been done priorthe remainder of the refund had been scheduled many time for them to drop by and refund it but kept coming up with excusesthey could have mailed the refund or had someone else drop this off it has carried over for a month and a half I would prefer to have the money back also, but this was supposed to happen a long time agoSincerely, [redacted] ***
