RealManage bought out two local management companies The one we dealt with, *** Property Management in *** IL was bad before the merger We bought the bill of goods we were sold and decided to give them one more *** before terminating their contract Service and communication got decidedly worse following the merger No one responds to problems or emails Neither *** or RealManage is competent, professional or honest They have absolutely no integrity
Absolutely horrible HOA management serviceThey do not return calls and treat residents like garbageI have been charged fees incorrectly and given notices for things that do not applyFor instance, I was told I had tires on my lawn which I absolutely do not! Read the Yelp reviews to geta clear picture of the incomptence of this management companyDo not buy a home under the management of RealManage unless you want to be harrased and spend your time disputing fees
This HOA management company claims to be one of the top ten in the nation and dedicated to "exceptional service". That is not my experience.
Their participation in my neighborhood is nil, but apparently they cash all 100 of our $130 a month checks. The sprinklers in front of my house maintained by the neighborhood association and therefore "managed" by RealManage have not worked most of the summer. My front grass now is not only brown and dead, but has deteriorated to bare earth in places. Tree in front has been dead for over a year. Pruning of bushes is horrible, so I do my own. Overall common areas landscaping has never looked worse and RealManage is MIA on addressing any of the issues.
I sent them a letter of complaint two weeks ago with pictures. Zero response. But they still expect me to pay my dues to reward them for their non performance.
I would STRONGLY urge HOA's to never consider using their services.
This company has been nothing but trouble and pain since we started using them many years ago. Our contract was automatically renewed without so much as a peep that it was up for renewal. They do not follow up and refuse to put in the time and effort to improve relations, lose information, do not follow through with taskings all while changing managers on us 7 times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The worst "management company" we have ever had to deal with. Service is so bad that I question why do we pay this company if no service is ever provided. Its been 6 months since I submitted a request to have my phone number updated in the gate directory yet nothing has happened. Also, requests for service to community areas (i.e. painting front and back gates, pressure wash stone fencing, etc) have been submitted for months with no action. The only response I received is they are awaiting for vendors to submit bids. Really???? This simply baffles me as I believe a company with this many years of service should have the necessary contacts to complete these routine requests with ease.
