Review: Ii brought my vehicle in for repairs. I made arrangements for a rental car for the repair due to an antifreeze/coolant leak under my vehicle. After getting a ride to the office and leaving my vehicle I was told that I had to return it the next week for repairs because the heater core was bad. Although it was an inconvenience to return the rental car and then re-rent one I agreed IF and only IF this was going to resolve the leaking issue. The following week I made arrangements to rent another vehicle for four days to have the repairs completed. Again, I stated that I didn't want to fix this problem if it didn't resolve the leak as I was told three years earlier that the heater core was bad by another repair shop and never had any issues with it. I was told that now it is an issue. It took four days before I got my vehicle back and immediately when I picked it up there was a puddle of coolant underneath it just like when I brought it in for repairs. I called and left a message with the garage. The next day I was told that it just need time to dry our since I had a leak. Three days later it was still leaking and a week later ran out of antifreeze/coolant. I called the garage again and told them. I was told that I could bring it in and leave it and they would look at it when they got a chance. I explained that I need my vehicle for work and I wasn't renting any more cars for this repair that already cost over a thousand dollars with the repair and rental fees. Nothing was fixed on this vehicle that was agreed. I was told straight out that my vehicle would not leak if I did these repairs and it still is a problem. Bad service.Desired Settlement: I do not feel that they fixed the problem, and it is evident by looking under my vehicle when the heater/air are on it will leak out every drop of coolant just as before. Reimbursement for repairs and rental vehicle.
