My order failed to arriveWhen I called, I was told to take it up with the Post OfficeI did and USPS said the order had been returned because the address on the package was my condo number, city, state, zip and nothing elseIt was undeliverable as addressedI called the company back and the representative said she would send the order out againTo their credit, they did include an additional ID card, however the site was misleadingThe ID cards are not what I was looking for and they are, quite frankly, worthlessWhat TSA, corporate housing, etc wants to see is the certificate (with an embossed seal)When I called to ask about the certificate (which I had no received), I was told it was "downloadable" onlyI could have done that in Photoshop or Paint and gotten the same response from officialsThe downloadable "certificate" has not been accepted anywhere, so this was money wastedI could have saved myself the trouble and expense and just had my doctor's note laminated, which is what I finally didNot recommmendedPoor customer service experience

I received all that was requested, & was supported when addressing questions about the registryUnder no obligation to spend any money to complete the registration unlike many other so-called official registries

I received all my documentation from them, as promised The prices are a bit high, but they're worth it IMO They do an excellent job The paperwork and books are helpful and delivered promptly I have not had a need to contact their customer service for anything So far, I've ordered twice from them with no issues

I ordered the ESA kit It was shipped without being embroidered I had to send it back and wait to receive a replacement Additionally the website said the leash for small sizes was inch by 1/inch What I received was inch by inch which is much too big for a 5-lb animal I contacted their support and they said the smallest size was 3/inch They changed their website during that call to reflect that and gave me the option to send back the one I received and they would send me out a replacement, if the ones they have are any smaller I would have gone with a competitor had I known how awful the ordering and customer service experience was going to be I recommend staying away from this company There are plenty of others out there to choose from I wanted to share my experience in hopes that someone else needing emotional support animal items knows what to expect when doing business with this company

On our website, we have it clearly and prompted stating before you submit your order that refunds are not allowed for that product for the protection of our doctor's licenses to practice The reason we do not offer refunds on that product because it is up to our licensed mental health professionals to approve individuals, if you simply pay $140, that does not guarantee a letterThis is clearly stated on our website and is a policy to protect our doctor's licensesWe have reviewed your letter and do not see and spelling errors or mistakesIf you find something, we invite you to contact our doctors directly and I am sure they would be happy to fix them for youYou will not be receiving a refund on this product because you have received the evaluation in which you paid forThe doctors have already completed the evaluation, wrote your letter, and sent you the product you paid forSince your received the item you paid for, there is no way a refund can happen We are sorry that you think you were "scammed" but please reflect on this situationFor our company would be a scam if we automatically approved every single customerWe have doctors who take the time to evaluate each person on the phone for 20-minutes and they do NOT have to approve anyone just because they paid $Our company does not approve anyone or everyone who simply paid a feeThe $is for the doctors evaluation services and time in which you did participate in and receivedWe promise that if you go to a company that automatically gives a letter to every customer they get, that company is most likely the fraudulent one, not oursWe strive to help all of our customers, like yourself, to receive the document that will grant their animal ESA rights, which you did receiveOur doctors write letters that meet all of the legal requirements and they have never been denied If you have any questions as to the laws of ESA's and or our services, we invite you to contact our office during business hoursWe would be happy to through this policy with you We apologize for the stress you are feeling but want to ensure you that letter is in fact real and protects your animal under ESA laws Thank you

I registered my dog because I was hoping using the vest would make the process easier at the airport (along with the required paperwork from my doctor)However, I never received the vest! I ordered from ESARegistration.org two months ago and have reached out to customer support multiple timesThe customer service has been awful, and no one seems to be able to help me locate my kitIf you choose to order a vest, ID, certificate, etcI would definitely suggest looking elsewhere!
