I did receive a message on my support request from Sheffie that this is not a planned product and their priorities are different and that my request will not be serviced any time soon
On reply to that message I indicated that I had volunteered for beta testing as an act of good faith and supporting the companyI also indicated that there was no reference anywhere in the product literature that this processor(ARM) will not be supportedIt did indicate that this is supported on fedora and I have fedora
I received the response that they will update the description accordingly

At this time, we are not able to provide beta access to ARM supported libraries and descriptions will be updated to state they do not support ARM librariesThe customer will be updated when the software becomes available

I am extremely dissatisfied due to the unavailability of the desired software and ending up with a an expensive equipment with no use
However I understand there is not much fruitful that can happen at this point and hence would like to rest the case
