I have used this Merchant account to run my business credit cards for years now They have continued to raise their fees so in July I went with another Merchant serviceI tired calling to cancel right away and they asked for more security question than when I opened it but said Acctount would closedI haven't ran any credit cards since end of JulyI then received a bill for end of August they said charges were for July, ok I then said close my account and got a comfiirmation #XXXXXXXX on 9/15/Just got another bill for Sept, still have not ran any cards and have and it ( remember no cards ran since July) these are also charges from July! Today after being put on hold for mins and being tossed from person to person and again asking every security question over and over same question I asked is my account closed, their answer was no the close account ticket did not go through, I even gave them the confirmation number! So now they can't assure another won't go through for OctoberThe only choice I have is to close my business bank account cause once they have it they can take out whatever they wantClosing my business bank account will cause more money in new checks etc and a lot of stress DO NOT use the EMP will make it very hard for you to close account! They charge outrageous fees!
