This complaint is not only completely false, but also full of misinformation Empathiq is a company that gathers current publicly available reviews from across 70+ sites, condenses that information into a single report for easy viewing and digestionWe do not create a site for people to leave reviewsOur system simply reports reviews from sites like [redacted] , ***, and [redacted] and sends those notifications to our paid subscribersWe have marketing campaigns that take publicly available business directory information from across the web (i.eaddress, phone, city, state and zip) and create a free reportUsers are given the ability to opt out of the email campaigns and we stay true to those requestsWe do not require a user to pay us to remove them from receiving the free reportDr [redacted] has never contacted our business, either through email or by phone, to be removed from or to stop receiving the free report which can be verified by phone and email records as all of our communication is recordedSince receiving the complaint, we have removed his free report and he will no longer receive marketing communications from EmpathiqFurthermore, we do not, nor have we ever, written reviews for businessesNor would we ever write fake reviews in an attempt to get businessThis claim by Dr [redacted] is completely false, unfounded, and slanderousIn our attempt to resolve this concern for Dr***, I have personally reached out NUMEROUS times by email and phone, but have yet to receive any responseUpon doing further research about the claimed "fake slanderous reviews from patient's" that aren't his, those reviews have either been removed or were never actually written in the first placeI urge Dr [redacted] to contact us directly to help resolve this matterSincerely, [redacted] Vice President of Operations

Our system simply reports reviews from sites like [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] and sends those notifications to our paid subscribers. We have marketing campaigns that take publicly available business directory information from across the web (i.e. address, phone, city, state and zip) and create a free report. Users are given the ability to opt out of the email campaigns and we stay true to those requests. We do not require a user to pay us to remove them from receiving the free report. Dr [redacted] has never contacted our business, either through email or by phone, to be removed from or to stop receiving the free report which can be verified by phone and email records as all of our communication is recorded. Since receiving the complaint, we have removed his free report and he will no longer receive marketing communications from Empathiq. Furthermore, we do not, nor have we ever, written reviews for businesses. Nor would we ever write fake reviews in an attempt to get business. This claim by Dr [redacted] is completely false, unfounded, and slanderous. In our attempt to resolve this concern for Dr. [redacted], I have personally reached out NUMEROUS times by email and phone, but have yet to receive any response. Upon doing further research about the claimed "fake slanderous reviews from patient's" that aren't his, those reviews have either been removed or were never actually written in the first place.
