To whom it may concern ;On 8/14/15 [redacted]  brought his van in because the air conditioning was not working.My mechanic ran multiple tests on the system to find the cause.It seemed to be a wiring problem. [redacted] did not want to chase the problem any further. As stated we spent about 2.5...

hours working on the van. We only charged for 1 hour. It is possible  my mechanic left the switch unplugged, but when it came in the ac was not working and everything was plugged in. So there most be an intermittent problem or something weird.I have no way of verifying what was done when he took it back to the other shop.Are they telling the whole story??? Seeing as that had just replaced the compressor, what did they do wrong to have the ac not work after they worked on it? We are willing to work with [redacted] on the bill. But on the other hand we charged him a minimal fee in the first place. I hope his ac keeps working for him. And apologize for not finding the problem.
