Had a wonderful conversation. She was polite funny and amazing. I thought great free cleaning! Said they had been in business for 100+ years great Revdex.com rating.... then I hand up and find this. I don't believe she lied said after I called back it was "the cleaner" that has been in business or something? I think it was a script. But lies. You do NOT have a good Revdex.com score and you have not been in business for 100+ years. No way I would ever allow false people into my home!

Worst ownership I have ever experienced. The sales guys where great, couldn't ask for nicer people. I would have purchased a vacuum system until the owner got on the phone, cussing and swearing at his employees so load I could hear it. Telling them they where lying about where they were at and that they were out partying and not where they where supposed to be, I offered to talk to him to assure him that I was the home owner and his salesman was in fact in my house and he refused an hung up the phone on his employee. All this even after a conformation call from his office that they would be to my home and a follow call from his office asking how the salesman did. The most unprofessional, degrading, disrespectful person I have ever run a crossed.

I was to get two rooms cleaned for free! He made the comment, look at all these nice things you have in your house, you can afford it.. What is one more monthly payment. I told him that I have been widowed for 15 years & that these were all my husband's things. In addition to that, he noticed that my room-mate put ice cubes in my dogs bowl & how some people spoil their dogs by putting ice in their dog bowl. I was getting very agitated at this point & told him that he was killing me. I told him that I was not going to buy a vacuum & never had any intention to do so. I told him that he kept pushing me & pushing me & I have had enough. I asked them to leave. On their way out he proceeded to tell me that he had a vacuum in his van that had dog scratches on it & that he would give me a great deal on it! I have never been so insulted in my life!! It was after 4 pm when they left & I was very ill that day. It was such a long day for me. I never got any kind of receipt or explanation of what they did to my vacuum. I will never go back there again!!

If you want people to treat you like you crappie over the home and come to your home and push you into something you don't need then call these people the girls that make the appointments are inappropriate and you can hear people cursing in the background this place is very unprofessional and when I went in to get belts there was a work wearing shorts that were so shot I could see her but she wasn't dressed appropriatly at all they should have an f rating if you ask me
