Hello, Once you have reviewed the conversations between myself and the consumer you will hopefully be able to see our effort to satisfy the consumer. We understand the date line going back to April 21 with the original inquiry about the VINTAGE...

window greenhouse. Within the conversations the item was purchased during the Fall of 2015. It is clearly visible that the greenhouse sat out all winter. As you can see in my first response to the consumer, I let her know that the windows are old windows, the paint is original to them and they will deteriorate. The conversation ended with how we can satisfy her purchase with us! Her request for solving the issue was a new can of paint. This was sent via UPS on May 19th to her friends home as she requested. Along with this was an apology and instructions on how to use the paint for an outside project. Without going in to all details, please review her Facebook postings. I called and spoke to her friend and apologized to her as well and had a lovely conversation on May 25th. And our final message was sent to the complaintiff on May 25th as well. We have had no response from her. May 27th we received the letter from the Revdex.com. We felt we reached out in a timely manner to work with her issue?

I contacted the business on 5/10/16 asking the business to contact the owner/receipant of the greenhouse about how she'd like to rectify the situation. She stated she'd like a can of outdoor white paint. The business NEVER contacted [redacted] regarding what type of paint they just sent her a can of [redacted] Paint off their retail shelf in the studio. They didn't ask [redacted] what she wanted. I contacted the business upon receipt of the can of paint that my neighbor did not want on 5/23/16 then the business picked up the phone and tried to sweet talk her into using the [redacted] which is not really recommended for outdoor projects. They later emailed me on Facebook offering a a refund but never told me how much. I emailed back after speaking with the gift receipent, [redacted], telling them to refund whatever they fell is appropriate. The business needs to take back the [redacted] paint, and send [redacted] the appropriate can of outdoor white paint. I did not purchase a [redacted] greenhouse as a project to make her sand, prep, and prime and waste her time fixing. Or send a refund.

After having a pleasant conversation with the gift recipient about her repurposed, outdoor, window greenhouse. I shared the value of the paint product and how easy it is to use. I also sent step-by-step instructions and finally a [redacted] check towards the amount paid for the item. Putting together the paint and check, I have reimbursed to the gift recipient half the cost of the greenhouse and feel that it's a fair value after it being used for almost a year. This is my final response. Thank You.
