The customer bought the vechicle as is and signed an as is form.And they bought it without test driving it,even though it was offered to them.They drove the car for almost 15 days and then mentioned to us their concerns.If they had came back the next day we would have taken the vechicle back.But...
when a customer declines to test drive a car and buys it as is.There is really not much we can do.We are willing to recommend them to our company mechanic to save them some money if that helps.ps.There is a huge sign posted in our sales office for everyone to see.It says all cars are sold as is.and as is means no exchangesno refundsno free repairsno exceptions.
electrical provider that has caused damage to the hvac equipment, including the wifi thermostat. Customer also had issues with other appliances as well, and we were told it was taken care of. We went back after more issues arose and replaced circuit board, thermostat etc to get operation going. There were still electrical issues from the electric company, and we could not continue to repair equipment with the electric company problem. Customer then had electrical repaired, and we were able to move forward, but customer would only make herself available on weekends. We need to complete the job during normal business hours to be able to procure the parts from our suppliers who are only open 1/2 day saturday. The wifi thermostat became faulty due to the electrical spikes from the house. We had put up a temporary thermostat to get heat again. The customer was never charged for the maintenance agreement and is NOT in the system for such. We would be happy to rectify things if customer will accept our calls, and be available during normal business hours.Summary: No credit can be given for maintenance agreement since customer was never charged, and the wifi thermostat was faulty due to her electrical issues not related to us.
