Friendly, inviting business. Great group who work fair and ethically to get you and your vehicle back on the road. Have your best interest at heart. Saved me money , turned out I did not need a major repair which dealer claimed my car needed. They have been there for me when I didn't know where to turn. They worked with me all the way.

On Friday June 6th, 2016 my Audi Quattro A8 was taken to this body shop for an alignment. When my husband drove off the left airbag in the front popped raising the car in the air and slamming it back full force to the ground. It was driven back to the shop. The master tech failed to raise the car and follow protocol before the alignment which caused the airbag to pop.
The shop was willingly offering to pay half for the left air bag because it could not be rebuilt leading to forcefully buy the right one as well. They told us to pay full price for the right one since they had no choice to install the left one with a new one. The total came to $1,200. with taxes which they said they were going half on the taxes too. We did not hear back from Josh the manager there until two days later because he was out sick. I was told my car was going to be ready by Thursday. Friday I was told that they were going to install the airbags. Saturday I was told the airbags they ordered were not the right ones. Tuesday our vehicle was sent to a professional tech that works with Audies across the street. My husband walks there with Josh and tells him that they are really busy and won't have time to look at the vehicle till Saturday or Monday. We asked for a rental because we have been paying for one out of our pocket since June 6th. Josh says, "we'll get you a rental tomorrow." We insisted that we needed it that day. So they had no choice than to honor it. Again our car was not even looked at until Wednesday the 20, 2016. When they did have a chance to look at it they were not able to anything with the vehicle so they had to send it to an actual Audi dealer. It now totals up to the neglect from the master technician from Empire Auto Repair triggered other malfunctions that Josh is calling tear and wear. He said that they are willing to help us out by financing us the money to pay for their mistake which was their liability. We did not take our car in the condition it is in now. Empire Auto Repair is not honoring their mistake and want us to take our car back like it is or pay for the damages they caused. They are now in a hurry to get their rental back because it is coming out of their pocket.
